Backstory
How it all began.
"You have just opened Pandora's box."
In spring 2025, Sascha Kirchhofer got a working communication channel between autonomous AI agents up and running. Multiple agents in parallel, each with its own context and tasks, connected through a custom-built messaging system.
Then something unexpected happened: one agent received another's message and completed the unfinished task on its own. Without instruction. Without a prompt. The model had observed, understood the context and acted independently.
No script triggered it. No rulebook anticipated it. It was emergent behaviour, true autonomy in real time.
In that moment, it was clear: this is no longer a tool. This is something else. PANDORA was born.
