Building, leading and strategically developing the Agentic AI division. This role is responsible for the design, development and production operation of proprietary AI agent systems as the technological backbone of the company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of Agentic AI systems (LLMs, multi-agent orchestration)
  • Overall technical responsibility for architecture, infrastructure and AI platform operations
  • Quality standards, security policies and GDPR compliance in the AI domain
  • Strategic technology planning and evaluation of emerging AI technologies
  • Leadership and technical mentoring of the AI development team
  • Budget responsibility for AI development and infrastructure
  • Technical consulting for clients on complex implementation projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics / Data Science — or equivalent vocational training with experience
  • Proven expertise in Agentic AI and/or multi-agent architectures
  • Cloud and containers: Docker, Kubernetes or similar
  • System architecture of distributed applications and API design
  • Data protection and IT security in an enterprise context
  • Initial leadership experience or aptitude for personnel responsibility
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Advising existing and new clients on integrating AI solutions into business processes
  • Needs analysis and development of tailored solution concepts with the technical team
  • Active new client acquisition and business development in the AI services segment
  • Product presentations, workshops and demos for prospective clients
  • Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Preparing proposals, costings and project documentation

Qualifications

  • Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus — or equivalent vocational training with consulting experience
  • Understanding of AI technologies, their applications and limitations
  • Experience in IT consulting, technical sales or consulting
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a client-friendly manner
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
