PANDORA: Autonomous Agents for SMEs

Since April 2025 we have been running a system we call PANDORA on Odyssey, our dedicated AI server. Not an off-the-shelf product and not an API wrapper, but a proprietary architecture for autonomous, specialised agents.

The idea is simple: knowledge work that is repeated every day does not have to be done by humans. Classifying emails, summarising documents, triggering workflows, transferring data between systems. These are all tasks a well-trained agent can handle.

What sets PANDORA apart from other AI tools is persistence. Agents in PANDORA have memory. They know the context of a project, a customer’s preferences, the history of a conversation. No cold start on every call.

For SMEs this means AI-powered automation without an enterprise budget. PANDORA is built to integrate into existing processes, whether CRM, ERP or proprietary software.
