From K-BITE to the EFINITI Group: a Fresh Start on Solid Ground

K-BITE (Kirchhofer Business Information Technology Experts) was the operational home for three years. Started as a sole proprietorship, grown as a managed service provider: 35+ clients, 0% churn. A solid foundation.

With the founding of the EFINITI Group the structure changes, not the philosophy. EFINITI Services GmbH takes over the MSP business from K-BITE. EFINITI Solutions GmbH becomes the home of ZUMA and software projects. PANDORA matures as an independent division.

What stays: the direct line to the customer. No ticketing systems that lead nowhere and no hold queues.

What’s new: a growing team. In 2026 the first permanent hires join: an IT specialist, a senior IT consultant with Microsoft Copilot expertise, and two positions in the AI domain. The goal remains clear: growing together as the EFINITI Group.
