Sascha Kirchhofer has used the name EFINITI since his youth, first as an alias in games and internet forums. A coined term that nods to the English word for infinity but stays its own thing.
E-Commerce, Finance, Intelligence, Neuronal, Information, Technology, Innovations. The name always left room for what comes next. And the goal was clear from the start: the EFINITI GROUP.

2000
Entering IT Consulting
Career start as an IT consultant. First major projects: VMware rollout at Sakret/Knauf, Citrix Metaframe at Clouth.
2004--
Enterprise Projects
SAP implementations at Movenpick and Killepitsch. Nespresso Germany: SAP logistics partner integration, the flagship project for the global rollout. EDI projects for IBM, Xerox, Samsung, Canon, Epson, OKI.
2012--
Client side -- 12.5 years
Move to the client side: 12.5 years in a senior leadership role. 2016 CEO of LPR IT Solutions GmbH.
2021
K-BITE & Partnership
Founding of K-BITE as a sole proprietorship. Teaming up with René Noethen, jointly developing the subsidy manager into a professional product (EFINITI Solutions).
04/2025
PANDORA is born
Start of the PANDORA project. Building Odyssey, the first dedicated AI server.
2026
EFINITI Group
Rebranding K-BITE to EFINITI Services GmbH. R+K Business IT to EFINITI Solutions GmbH. Founding of the EFINITI Group.
Co-Founder
From welfare finance
to product development.
René Noethen comes from the financial side of the welfare sector. As Head of Finance at a mid-sized Caritas association in North Rhine-Westphalia (2019–2023), he saw first-hand how much effort went into managing grants and subsidies. Suitable software simply did not exist.
Since 2024 he has been working as a Digital Finance Consultant and Interim Financial Accountant, while continuing to push ZUMA forward, the platform he started as a degree project in 2018.

Graduation & Development Start
Certified business administrator with a focus on business informatics. Start of the grants manager development.
2018–2019
First Prototype
First version of the grants manager built with VB.NET and SQL database. Desktop application for internal use.
2019–2023
Head of Finance
Head of Finance at a mid-sized Caritas association in NRW. Deep understanding of grants processes in the welfare sector.
2020–2021
Cloud Version
Migration of the grants manager to the cloud: PHP and MySQL. First external users.

R+K Business IT
Partnership with Sascha Kirchhofer. Founding of Noethen, René und Kirchhofer, Sascha GbR, better known as R+K Business IT.

Digital Finance Consultant
Working as Digital Finance Consultant and Interim Financial Accountant. Advancing ZUMA into a professional product.
